LIFE
Life has a way of pulling us in so many directions that we forget to listen to the messages our bodies and emotions are trying to tell us. Maybe it’s the tension in your chest before a difficult conversation, the exhaustion that lingers no matter how much you rest, or the waves of anxiety that seem to come out of nowhere. These feelings hold wisdom, even if they’ve become too familiar or overwhelming.
As an integrative therapist, I offer a space where you can slow down and pay attention to the parts of yourself you may have learned to push aside—your wounds, joys, grief, and growth. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface, bringing curiosity and compassion to the areas that feel stuck, disconnected, or in pain.
I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples, those navigating chronic illness or ongoing health challenges, and those seeking healing through ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and strength-based, with the belief that cultivating awareness is the first step toward meaningful change.
Whether you're facing burnout, longing for connection, or seeking a deeper sense of peace and purpose, I’m here to support you in finding clarity and rediscovering your authentic self.
